With fewer buyers, homes are spending a little more time on the market.  Extended market time means that sellers might be more willing to negotiate, and that asking price could get a little more flexible.  On top of reduced prices we also start seeing concessions like some closing costs assistance coming back.  In fact, I am working on a recent home sale where my buyers were able to negotiate some closing costs assistance on a new listing and still beat out another competing offer.
