In terms of real estate sales, how did we fare the first month of the year? Let's take a look at January numbers and compare them to sales 1 year ago last year.
Overall, 1019 homes (both attached and detached residential properties) were sold throughout the 7 cities. Last year for the month of January 2007, there were a total of 1342 homes. That's about a 24% decrease in the amount of sales.
