Hampton Roads is #1 in the State in terms of Year over Year Home Sales in May 2014
Hello Hampton Roads,
Did you know that according to a recent report from RealtyTrac, that Hampton Roads had the best year-over-year home sales in the Commonwealth last month? This is a 12.41 percent increase in the number of residences sold between May 2013 and May 2014 and it places our area as ranking 5th in the nation for home sales!
According to the report there were 21,680 homes sold in the region in May 2014 vs 19.286 in May 2013.
